Peter Grant has set his sights on a return to the Premiership after being confirmed as the new manager of Norwich.
The 41-year-old former West Ham assistant manager has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with the Canaries after watching Saturday's 3-3 draw with QPR from the stands.
Grant takes over the reins from Nigel Worthington, who was relieved of his duties following a run of five games without a win, culminating in the 4-1 defeat to Burnley at Carrow Road on October 1.
The former Celtic midfielder told the club's official website, www.canaries.co.uk: "It's a fantastic opportunity. It's a great honour and a great privilege and I'm looking forward to it.
"I know the expectations that are here and we all look forward to that challenge. Not only of getting Norwich back to the Premiership but also trying to keep them there."
