Celtic manager Gordon Strachan claims it will be an injustice if he is forced to watch Saturday's Old Firm match from the stand.
Strachan served an automatic two-match ban after being sent from the touchline along with Hearts coach John McGlynn during Celtic's 2-1 defeat at Tynecastle in August.
However, Strachan will face an SFA disciplinary panel today to answer a charge of "excessive misconduct" during the Tynecastle encounter.
Referee Stuart Dougal's report made special mention of Strachan's behaviour and the Celtic manager could receive an additional ban as a result, missing tonight's CIS Insurance Cup third-round tie against St Mirren as well as the visit of Rangers on Saturday.
