Redknapp angered by Mido "insult"
Harry Redknapp has blasted Tottenham striker Mido as arrogant after the Egyptian reportedly described Sol Campbell as the "easiest player I have ever played against".
The Portsmouth boss, preparing his team for Sunday's Barclays Premiership trip to White Hart Lane, was furious at the "insult" towards a player who has been crucial in Pompey keeping five clean sheets in six league games this season.
"What an arrogant thing to say," Redknapp told The Sun. "It's an insult coming from somebody who has not achieved as much as Sol has in his career. It shows a total lack of respect and those comments will embarrass every footballer in the game as we don't talk like that about fellow pros."
