Koumas sticks with Baggies

West Brom's hopes of an immediate return to the Premiership have been boosted after midfielder Jason Koumas pledged his future to the club.

The Wales midfielder spent last season on loan at Cardiff after falling out with Albion boss Bryan Robson and seemed certain to join the Bluebirds on a permanent basis.

However, the clubs could not agree a package for the 26-year-old, who has now returned to the Hawthorns and signed a three-year deal.
