Charlton striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has denied a Football Association charge of improper conduct and/or bringing the game into disrepute over claims made in his autobiography.
Hasselbaink, 34, who made claims over illegal payments when he was a Chelsea player, has also requested a personal hearing at the FA.
Hasselbaink was charged in relation to claims made in his autobiography about Chelsea, claiming the Stamford Bridge club had paid an additional bonus to the players following the Champions League quarter-final victory over Arsenal in April 2004.
