Ballack and Klose fit

Michael Ballack and Miroslav Klose will be available for selection when Germany clash with Italy in the World Cup semi-finals on Tuesday.

The influential duo picked up calf problems in the dramatic shoot-out victory over Argentina. Ballack defied the pain and played through cramps, while Klose left the pitch in the 86th minute shortly after cancelling out Argentinas lead with a well-placed header.

"Both will be able to play on Tuesday," said Germany assistant coach Joachim Low.
