Messi blow for Barca

Barcelona striker Lionel Messi has broken down in training after his comeback from a thigh injury and is a major doubt for next week's Champions League clash with AC Milan.

The Argentinian has been ruled out of Friday's game with Villarreal and his progress will be monitored ahead of the European semi-final at the San Siro.

The injury was picked up in the first half of the clash with Chelsea at the Nou Camp and the club had been taking care not to rush the talented 18-year-old back.
