Jermaine Jenas insists he has put all thoughts of going to the World Cup behind him while Tottenham chase a place in the Champions League for next season.
Spurs currently occupy the coveted fourth place but Arsenal are pushing them all the way. Jenas has been in exceptional form for the Londoners all season and is tipped to be included in Sven-Goran Eriksson's squad for the finals in Germany this summer, but the former Newcastle midfielder is not thinking about anything other than helping Spurs to secure a place among Europe's elite.
"I'd be lying if I said it's not in a lot of people's minds," said Jenas. "Spurs are the reason I'm playing for England in the first place so I want to achieve what I can for them first and come the end of the season, if I'm in the squad, then I'll be delighted."
