West Bromwich Albion representetives have shrugged off rumours of a row between manager Bryan Robson and chairman Jeremy Peace.
Claims were made that the chairman's untimely holiday in the Carribbean whilst the club are in so much trouble had annoyed Robson. The Baggies have moved to quash rumours of a bust up between the two and have stated that it has had no effect on the Midlanders.
"The chairman's holiday has been fixed for some time." a spokesman told the clubs website. "It coincided with a school holiday period and fitted in with his plan to spend the whole of the summer at his desk, when the transfer window is open. The Chairman has been in daily contact with the club and has watched all three games while he has been away, live on satellite TV. When asked on his opinion Robson said "It's a load of nonsense."
