Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is in no doubt the midfield battle will prove crucial when Juventus come to Highbury for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday - but maintains it will not all be about Cesc Fabregas proving a point to former Gunners captain Patrick Vieira.
The emergence of Fabregas has been one of the plus points this season, with the 18-year-old earning much praise for his performances in the win over Real Madrid. However, Wenger knows there is more to Tuesday night's encounter than just the young Spaniard again showing how he is starting to fill the void in the Arsenal team left by the departure of their long-time enforcer to Turin last summer.
Wenger said: "What is interesting will be to see our midfield against their midfield, because it is not only Patrick, they have Emerson and [Mauro] Camoranesi too, so the strength of Juventus in there is high."
