Manchester United are the hosts tonight in search of keeping a grip on second place, however the test will not be easy, as they face a strong West Ham side.

The Red Devils are favourites to take second spot ahead of former European champions Liverpool, however The Reds will be looking to make sure the battle goes until the final game of the season.

The focus in tonight's match will be on Anton Ferdinand, as he prepares to face his brother Rio for only the second time this season. Anton has successfully shaken off a groin injury, which will allow him to play.

Elsewhere in the West Ham camp, Christian Dailly and Roy Carroll will not participate due to injuries, however Pardew could still tweak the side that defeated Wigan on Saturday.

Meanwhile up in Manchester, changes are nearly almost certain to the side that won Birmingham at the weekend, with Markus Neumayr, Darron Gibson and Richie Jones all drafted in, in cover of Wes Brown and Kieran Richardson.

However Richardson is not likely to start as he injured his ankle against Birmingham, so Park Ji-Sung has been made the favourite to replace him.

The only uncertainty in camp is that of Dutch striker Ruud Van Nistelrooy. He has been forced to watch from the bench after being left out in favour of French star Louis Saha.

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that Van Nistelrooy will get his chance, and after coming on as a substitute against Birmingham at the weekend, it's anybody's guess as to who partners Wayne Rooney in attack.
