Its that time again, as two of the best sides in the world compete for one place in the league - top spot.
However, Barcelona go into the game with a massive eleven point advantage over Real Madrid, and are made the clear favourites for the title.
The last time these two sides met, Barcelona emerged as 3-0 winners, humiliating the Real Madrid crowd. But this time round, Madrid will be looking to get their own back on their Spanish rivals.
In the Real Madrid camp, Guti and Pablo Garcia are included in the squad, replacing Ivan Helguera and Francisco Pavon.
Meanwhile, in Barcelona, the news is not so good. Rafael Marquez, Silvinho, Edmilson, Lionel Messi and Xavi Hernandez are all out of the clash, but captain Carlos Puyol returns.
All eyes will be following Brazilian magician Ronaldinho, as well as teammate Samuel Eto'o. However, Ronaldo will be looking to get a fair share of the action.
